Our Print Guarantee

Every order from Custom Golf Balls Australia (a trading name of Merch Machine, ABN 88 630 505 770) is printed to order in Australia. Here is what we guarantee on every order.
1. You see it before we print it
We send a free digital art proof for every personalised order. Nothing is printed until you approve it. If something doesn't look right, tell us and we will adjust the proof before production starts.
2. We fix our mistakes
If your order arrives faulty, damaged in transit, printed incorrectly, or materially different from the proof you approved, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. You choose whether we reprint and resend your order at our cost, or refund you in full, including the original postage.
3. Lost parcels are on us
If Australia Post confirms your parcel is lost in transit, we will reprint and resend it at our cost.
4. Cancel any time before approval
You can cancel for a full refund at any time before you approve your art proof.
What this guarantee doesn't cover
Because every personalised ball is made specifically for you, printed items cannot be returned for a change of mind. We also cannot offer a free reprint for errors that were in a proof you approved, such as a misspelled name or the wrong logo file, so please check your proof carefully. Blank, unprinted balls can be returned for a change of mind. See our Returns & Refunds policy for details.
Your consumer rights
This guarantee is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
